Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payments are due in full within 30 days of invoice generation. Generally your
billing period starts on the date of creation. For each successive period, your
contract is renewed automatically unless we are notified otherwise. Billing
period is determined by the billing option you chose at the time of ordering.
Your billing period also applies to any additional items and services ordered
after the initial activation of you account. We offer a variety of Payment
Methods accessible through your Billing Account: Automatic Billing, One-Time
Payments, PayPal, and Checks/Money Orders. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover
or American Express.
WorryFree, as well as residents of the
state of West Virginia who subscribe to, and/or order, the WorryFree services,
may be subject to the current sales tax rates as imposed by the State of West
Virginia, which is currently 6.00%. The above sales tax rates will apply
wherever applicable under the current West Virginia state fiscal legislation.
There is a US$25.00 service charge for each returned check.
Trades, charity and promotional accounts are not qualified for additional
discounts and special offers.
WorryFree invoices exclusively via e-mail. We DO NOT send out
paper invoices.
Late Payments
Delinquent accounts are those that remain unpaid for 60 days (including non-business
days) after the beginning of an accounting cycle. Accounts that are delinquent
are put into a "suspended mode" and may not be accessible. Accounts that have
been in the “suspended mode” for 30 days, will be terminated and removed from
the system. Reactivation of closed accounts due to delinquency requires payment
of the balance due in full.
To Cancel your account
Any request for cancellation must be received via the web, regular mail or fax
and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account.
Such requests must be made 24 hours prior to the account renewal. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.
All domain registrations are
final, do not include any money back guarantee and will be subject to a $19.95 USD
(per domain name year) fee unless hosting fees have been paid for 3 months. If you do not pay $19.95 USD for the domain
fee, your domain name will be forfeited and your domain name becomes the
property of
# 1 Domain Names International, Inc.
You may use any of following methods to deliver a written notice of
cancellation:
Online: Log into your billing account and
click on the Account ID of the account you wish canceled. Follow the
directions at the bottom of the page to close the account.
Fax: Fax your request to 1-877-553-9970; please include your domain name,
username, password and your reason for canceling on your cover letter for fastest
processing of your request. Please include your contact information in case we
need to get in touch with you.
Setup fees, extra bandwidth and extra storage space, when applicable, are
non-refundable. You are obligated to pay for your account even if you do not use
it. Because we have provided you with usernames, passwords, DNS entries, and an
IP address, you have the ability to use your account. The fact that you do not
do so is not relevant - you are still obligated to pay for the account. Even an
unused account uses valuable system resources that could be used for other
customers. If you have a past-due balance on your account at the time the
account is closed (either by your request or due to non-payment), the remaining
balance must be paid within 30 days of when the account is closed. If we do not
receive payment on the remaining balance in that time, we will begin efforts to
collect any fees owed. We apply a $20.00 collection fee to cover our costs in
attempting to collect your debt. If our internal collection efforts fail, we
reserve the right to turn the account over to a 3rd-party (either collections
agency or attorney) for further action. We also reserve the right to report your
unpaid balance to credit reporting agencies.
If client disputes justified charges by provider on his credit card, provider
has the right to charge a $50 administration fee and immediately discontinue
service.
All WorryFree accounts must be paid in full before the transaction will be
considered complete.
